Heather received her flowers today and says the bouquet is lovely & very large. I believe her exact expression was "ginormous" - an Americanism combining gigantic & enormous - in any case, she was surprised & quite pleased and will enjoy the flowers at the office today and tomorrow, her actual birthday. She sent me a picture and the bouquet is very lovely. Thank you for your wonderful customer service which helped us feel a bit closer to our far-flung daughter as she celebrates her birthday in New Zealand!
