I had a very delighted Jacqui ring me telling me of the beautiful flowers and fruit arrangement that arrived at her home and that it was taking pride of place in their lounge! Thank you for your email. The hamper was appreciated by my daughter in law and the rest of the family and until we can get to NZ we will use your company to send gifts to the family. We did get an acknowledgement of the order when it was placed but it is nice to get the confirmation from someone in the offfice. We are very happy with your attentive service.

Hello all at Best Blooms! This evening/your morning, we had the pleasure of ordering 2 floral arrangements in memory of a colleague of ours who passed away, residing in Auckland. We are half way 'round the world, but were left feeling as comfortable as if we are right next door. I believe her exact expression was "ginormous" - an Americanism combining gigantic & enormous - in any case, she was surprised & quite pleased and will enjoy the flowers at the office today and tomorrow, her actual birthday. She sent me a picture and the bouquet is very lovely. Thank you for your wonderful customer service which helped us feel a bit closer to our far-flung daughter as she celebrates her birthday in New Zealand!
