Jo-Ann Moss is the Creative Director and Co-founder of Best Blooms, an award-winning Auckland florist specialising in fresh flower delivery and gift hampers. Jo-Ann is a premier New Zealand floral expert with over 30 years of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering more than 100,000 floral orders across Auckland.

As the Creative Director of Best Blooms, Jo-Ann has scaled the business from a "Ma & Pa" startup in Henderson to one of the largest and most trusted online florists in the country. Her authority in the gifting sector was cemented early in her career when Best Blooms was named the Winner of Auckland’s Gift Shop Category at the NZ Retailers - Top Shop Awards.

Jo-Ann’s expertise is rooted in a lifetime of floral artistry. She began her formal trade training at just 16 years old, inspired by a childhood spent watching her mother create church floral arrangements. Today, she leads a high-volume studio on Rosebank Road, overseeing a team of nine, including six qualified florists with over 100 years of combined experience. Her technical leadership ensures that every arrangement meets a "market-fresh" standard, supported by a specialised workflow she designed to process fresh blooms from the United Flower Auctions three times a week.

Under Jo-Ann’s direction, Best Blooms has become an Auckland institution known for its "Combo Gifts" and high-quality hampers. She has personally pioneered customer-trust initiatives, such as the "Pre-Delivery Photo" service, allowing senders to see their specific arrangement before it leaves the studio. Beyond her professional accolades, Jo-Ann is a proud local at heart and a dedicated mother of two sons who have shared in the Best Blooms journey since they were in playpens in the studio.
