The phone was answered almost immediately by a lovely lady named Brenya. Brenya was fantastic, explaining the different live plants I could purchase, she was very professional and helpful, while remaining polite and friendly. Brenya assured me that my daughter would get her live plants this afternoon. My daughter received an absolutely exquisite, huge Tropical Red Anthurium plant, wrapped in a beautiful woven flax Kete wrap. Overall I was very impressed with the quality, precision, price and ease of the entire process of making this a wonderful experience from start to finish!
