The flowers had to be re-delivered due to hospital protocol and this was done with no issue after a kind and considerate phone call by Best Blooms. We then got a picture of the bunch sent, which we really appreciated. Then the giftee also sent a photo of flowers received (Kiwiana Standard) which looked even better than the previous picture, they said it was the most beautiful bunch they ever have received.
