Heather received her flowers today and says the bouquet is lovely & very large. I believe her exact expression was "ginormous" - an Americanism combining gigantic & enormous - in any case, she was surprised & quite pleased and will enjoy the flowers at the office today and tomorrow, her actual birthday. She sent me a picture and the bouquet is very lovely. Kaka Beak Flower

New Zealands native flora is not suitable as cut flowers. Our beautiful bush and sub tropical climate produce lush ferns, pongas, nikaus and many other lovely native trees but the flowers do not live well as cut flowers and are unavailable through the New Zealand flower markets.
