What is the Valentine’s Day order cut-off?
For Valentine’s Day delivery on Saturday 14th February, please place your order before 6.00pm on Friday 13th February. We strongly recommend ordering early, as delivery slots are limited and do fill quickly.
Can I send flowers to her workplace on Friday?
Yes — surprising her at work on Friday is a very popular option. For Friday workplace deliveries, orders must be placed before 9.30am on Friday morning. Please ensure business names and delivery details are correct.
Do you offer same-day delivery on Valentine’s Day?
Due to the extremely high volume of Valentine’s Day orders, we generally do not offer same-day delivery on Saturday 14th February. Once delivery capacity is reached, orders will close — please don’t leave it to the last minute.
Can I pre-order Valentine’s Day flowers and gifts?
Absolutely. Pre-ordering is the best way to secure your preferred flowers or gift and ensure smooth delivery. Ordering early also helps avoid disappointment if popular items sell out.
