"These guys were amazing. I was in the middle of organising my brother-in-law’s funeral and completely forgot to arrange flowers from our side of the family. In a panic, I placed an order the night before, assuming I had chosen a florist close to the funeral home so they would arrive before 1pm the next day. You can imagine my horror when I woke up to an email saying delivery would be between 1pm and 3pm. When I called, I realised the shop wasn’t even close to the venue, something I hadn’t checked and was entirely my fault. Despite this, they went above and beyond to help me. "Such a seamless end to end experience! I placed an online order internationally for sympathy flowers less than an hour before same day delivery cut-off. In about 3.5 hours the flowers were delivered exactly as requested! It was really easy to browse and select from the website, the instructions were very clear to follow, good range of options to select from, and the website accepted Apple Pay - always a bonus! Photos of the final bouquet were promptly provided before the order was dispatched. I requested blue flowers to be added if possible to a predominantly purple bouquet. The final product was a gorgeous combination of purple, white, green, pinkish-maroon, and blue, with beautiful light blue ribbons. The aim was to convey a message of celebration of life with a visually uplifting display, and this bouquet captured it just perfectly!
