"These guys were amazing. I was in the middle of organising my brother-in-law’s funeral and completely forgot to arrange flowers from our side of the family. In a panic, I placed an order the night before, assuming I had chosen a florist close to the funeral home so they would arrive before 1pm the next day. You can imagine my horror when I woke up to an email saying delivery would be between 1pm and 3pm.
